First stressful incident
A service provider I rely on suddenly pulled out the rug from under me and suspended my account. I spent many hours dealing with customer support to get the issue fixed! (If only they had the Voiclet widget on their website... 😜). As of now, the issue is resolved.

Soft launch
Today I put Voiclet on the web! There are probably quite a few bugs in the product at the moment but I am committed to fixing them ASAP. If you notice one of these, please do not hesitate to contact me via email at aleksai@voiclet.com. Thanks for checking out my project!

Nice app, you should think of repositioning this as a sales tool. Companies don't want to encourage support calls.

I would have to agree with you. I could reposition more broadly to "customer service", which would encompass both support and sales matters.
