November 8, 2019 Pilot Testing SAAS Model

We successfully invested sweat, tears and blood and now we have around 20 of the largest media and publishing companies in EU ordering to join our pilot. Some have already completed and we are stepping into negotiations with the Telecommunications company in Finland. Elisa Oyj. We are hoping to close a seed round in the coming months and start investing more in our traction and customer development processes. Ardous but fun journey

@alxcnwy thanks. Our investor has all the companies as their LP, who fund their fund. They set it up to attract great startups and implement easy testing and then proceed to a proper pilot. For Partners, they organically reached out asking for a showcase/ live demo.
Investigated if they can find clients who might be interested in what we're offering, then negotiations begins.

Not paid Pilot, I really don't know if this is a good or bad thing. But I am taking a risk.
50% asked to pay but we could not figure out our pricing. I simply exclude companies insisting on pricing details. So they can join when the pricing is well established. Sometimes I feel like it is a missed opportunity. Secondly, I want to show investors that we have customers who are willing to pay if we complete x,y,z because I believe that if you can raise money before revenue, its relatively easy, you can promise the big future and plot the potential. If you already have revenue, the numbers are more concrete and it could limit selling the dream.
