👋 Just launched VTubeMe — turn a selfie into a 3D VTuber avatar in minutes.
The problem I kept seeing: becoming a VTuber means either learning VRoid Studio for hours, or paying $500–$10,000 for a custom commission and waiting weeks. That stops most people before they even start.
So we built VTubeMe. Upload one photo → an AI builds a photorealistic 3D model that looks like you → tweak hair/outfit in the browser → export a standard VRM that works in VSeeFace, Warudo, 3tene, and every other VRM app.

One thing I'd be careful with:
The interesting question may not be whether people can create a good avatar for $7.99.
It may be what conclusion deserves confidence from the people currently buying.
Those sound similar, but they can lead to very different decisions about who the product is really for and what gets built next.
I wouldn't make that call casually from the current signals.
