June 3, 2026 Most Builders Lose Customers After Handover, We’re Fixing That

After handover, most builders lose connection with their customers.

No engagement.
No referrals.
No repeat sales.

At the same time, societies struggle with daily operations and communication.

We built Waardian to bridge this gap.

It helps societies manage operations while enabling builders to stay connected and turn their resident base into a long-term engagement and revenue channel.

Currently looking to connect with:
• Builders open to pilot this
• Sales partners in real estate
• Anyone working in proptech or community platforms

If this space interests you, would be great to connect.

This is an interesting space, but I think the positioning needs to be sharper for builders.

Right now “stay connected after handover” is useful, but it may still sound a bit broad. The stronger pitch is probably closer to:

turn handed-over residents into a post-sale engagement and referral channel.

That speaks more directly to what builders care about: reputation, referrals, repeat trust, resale visibility, and keeping the brand alive after possession.

For pilots, I would not pitch it as a society operations tool first. I’d pitch the builder-side business case first, then show society operations as the reason residents actually keep using it.

If useful, I can put together a compact version of the pilot pitch, builder outreach angle, and first sales partner message for Waardian.

That makes a lot of sense.

Positioning it as a post-sale engagement and referral channel is much sharper from a builder’s perspective.

I agree, leading with the business outcome first and using society operations as the retention layer seems more aligned.

Would be great to see your version of the pilot pitch and outreach angle.

Yes, this is better as a compact written version rather than another long comment.

The useful part is getting the builder pitch tight enough that it does not sound like a society app, but like a post-sale engagement and referral channel.

Drop your email and I’ll send over the cleaner version: pilot pitch, builder outreach angle, and first sales partner message.
