I noticed this problem while working closely with businesses, and that’s how we built Waggex.

Waggex is an all-in-one platform that helps companies:
• Automate payroll calculations
• Track attendance with selfie + geo-fencing
• Manage leaves, shifts, and employee data
• Generate payslips and HR documents instantly

We are also building something exciting:
A face recognition-based attendance system (FaceLens) that turns any device into a biometric machine.

👉 Biggest learnings so far:
1. Indian payroll compliance is more complex than expected
2. Businesses want simple tools, not overloaded systems
3. Automation saves hours but trust takes time
