Waitfeed
Keep up with upcoming things you're waiting for.
After long experimenting, playing around, analyzing existing users and visitors, playing around with A/B testing finally decided to "go niche" and relaunched - from now on https://waitfeed.com will be dedicated exclusively about upcoming games instead of feeding news and updates about everything (upcoming mobile phones, movies, games, gadgets, electric cars and etc)
Already asked for feedback from our early users about website mobile version and did some analysis on current usage of mobile apps. Waitfeed web app is responsive and the mobile version works as a guidelines for developing native apps, will see how this approach worked out in the next months.

I was so excited about the organic traffic spike at the end of 2018, it was constantly increasing each month and website was attracting 1000 unique users per day in December, but.... From the first days of 2019 traffic started collapsing for some reason. No penalty from google. No major search engine algorithm changes. No drastic changes on my side also. Well, I'm pretty sure, will find the way how to get back on track.

Great recos from SUPERViLLAiN,
you may also check your Google Search Console if activated so that you can check any errors in your indexed pages or warning from Google. Also check over time your ranking on the different keywords. If their robot detects something it considers suspect, it can affect your ranking. A slight decrease in Google ranking can really affect your organic traffic.
Some other reasons possible: your business has a seasonal nature? a new competitor entered the market and captured all the traffic? ....
What are you considering as a major drop in traffic? (in %)

Yeah sure checked in the console, nothing useful there... Dropped around 200%.... Will do some deeper investigation on keywords of course thanks!
