No magic here, just slow organic growth, mostly through word of mouth.
I'm getting pretty close to having a process that doesn't break when I run it, so there's work to do around streamlining the automation to come next.
About half the customers pick the 4 hour version, and there's a split between 1 and 2 that's biased slightly towards 1 hour.
A lot of my early "customers" were more like beta testers, and had a really low subscription cost. Venkatesh Rao mentioned the product on twitter and that sparked a few extra sign ups, which bumped up the number of subscribers to the real product.
The "real" subscribers are actually a lot easier to deal with too as their needs align better with the product because I haven't forced them to use it.
The subscription is currently monthly, and when I added up the numbers, I came out $1 in the black!
