Once people could leave the house and began travel we were ready. During the lockdown, we made a lot of improvements:
SEO - began writing a blog, redesign - for better UX, search bar and GPS geolocation.
There we a lot more things we made, but SEO was crucial for us. And in the middle of July, we saw the first booking after almost half a year.

After the product launch, we expand our network in Moscow to up to 8 connected hotels and 1 bar. We had 1-2 bookings per day and it was great for us because using this money we could pay off the web hosting, google and yandex ads. But then covid19 came to Russia and we lost our clients till summer

We connected 4 hotels in Moscow and run our website in the middle of March
And WOW! We got the first paid customer. It was a google ad customer, we didn't know enough about SEO and other things. So we paid to equre this customer 10$ and get 6$ from him. Isn't it great?
We were really happy btwπ

Once I started to think about my Idea and tried to make an MVP myself I realised, that it will take to many time. Beside the dev part, it's also part, where I need to find hotels and shops to connect.
So I started talking to my friend and colleagues about my idea and ask them about the guy, who can help with development.
One day I got a call from a husband of my colleague who joined this venture...

I really β€οΈ travel. I've been to many countries of the world. Trips help me stay motivated, find focus and observe.
In late 2019 I've been to London and needed to store my luggage for 4 hours. Eventually, I left my bags at the train station, it cost me a lot and I spend a lot of time getting to this Station.
Once returned home and was lying in the bathroom, I came with an idea: It would be great to store luggage in the central location of the city. For example in a cafe, hotel or bar. So that's how Walkit began
