Wap2b

Wap2b started as a solution to a problem I kept seeing — small businesses losing sales because they could not respond to Instagram DMs fast enough. A customer asks a question, gets no reply, and buys from someone else.

Existing tools either redirect customers to external links killing the conversation, or require a developer to set up. Neither works for a boutique brand or local ecommerce store. Wap2b puts an AI agent inside the Instagram DM — answering product questions, collecting orders, generating order slips, and handling customer support 24/7.

Built on official Meta Tech Provider infrastructure so no account suspension risk unlike most tools in this space. We have paying customers and are now expanding internationally. If you run a product-based business on Instagram or know someone who does — would love your feedback.
