WaxForward
Email with your domain. Receive, Reply, Send. From any inbox
Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I’m Hamza, founder of WaxForward.
We believe professional email should be invisible—fast, effortless, and something you never have to overthink.
Have you ever launched something new, then realized…
🚀 You secure a shiny new domain—only to realize you can’t send a single email from it without looking unprofessional.
🧾 The “official” options? Mailbox plans priced at €5–€15/month per address—right when you’re trying to stay lean and validate your idea.
📥 Free forwarding helps you receive emails, but replies still come from your personal Gmail or iCloud, instantly undermining your credibility.
🧱 Running your own mail server sounds tempting—until you're drowning in DNS configs, spam issues, and never-ending maintenance. It’s a rabbit hole nobody has time for.
You already have an inbox you love—you just need a professional way to use it, without extra mailboxes, DNS hoops, or clunky workarounds.
We built WaxForward because none of that made sense.
Just connect your domain, and you're ready to receive and reply from your own email address—using the inbox you already use every day.
No "sent via" headers. No Gmail footers. No one will know you're using a forwarding tool.
Just clean, professional email, from your domain, backed by AWS.
Here’s how it works:
✅ Use Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, or any inbox you want
✅ Receive and reply with your own domain—no extra setup, no SMTP required
✅ Keep things professional—clients only see your custom email address
✅ Share aliases with your team and manage support emails together
✅ SMTP & API available for transactional or advanced use cases
✅ Powered by AWS SES for rock-solid deliverability and reliability
🎉 Try it for free — no credit card required.
Our free-forever plan lets you connect your domain and start using it right away.
You’ll be able to receive and reply professionally, without ever revealing your personal inbox—and without paying a cent.
Would love your thoughts.
