August 6, 2026 I built a vehicle marketplace, but finding the first users is harder than building it

I recently launched WazerMart, an AI-assisted vehicle marketplace for Ireland and the UK.

I started working on it because creating vehicle adverts is still unnecessarily repetitive. Private sellers and dealerships often enter specifications manually, write descriptions from scratch and manage the same vehicles across several platforms.

WazerMart helps sellers create structured listings and draft clearer descriptions with AI assistance. The seller can review and edit everything before publishing.

The platform follows a freemium model. Private sellers can publish standard listings for free, while professional sellers and dealerships can use optional paid features and subscription plans for additional tools and visibility.

The working MVP currently supports cars, motorcycles, vans and agricultural vehicles.

Building the platform was challenging, but the harder problem is marketplace liquidity: attracting sellers and buyers at the same time. I am now deciding whether to focus primarily on private sellers or small dealerships.

I would appreciate honest feedback on the product, positioning and onboarding experience:

The private seller vs. small dealership decision feels more consequential than the onboarding details, because each side could create a very different path to marketplace liquidity.

What evidence have you seen so far that is making the choice between those two segments difficult rather than obvious?
