I think it's a good idea to bring in few customers to gather feedback and to gain some traction.
Price: $49 one-time for Starter plan with 5k submissions
Price: $98 one-time for Additional 5k submissions

Website looks great. I really like the idea, often I make a simple static site and the only need for a backend is a contact form... which I'm more than capable of making, but it's a hassle and adds to hosting costs to need code running on a server; so much so I developed an API for myself just to handle contact forms that I have several websites submitting to. I feel like this will do well as a SaaS if you stick to it, I can see the appeal since I use something like this myself, but never thought of turning it into a SaaS!
As I said, I love the website... but I think you should remove the 'Host anywhere' logos/section... I feel like you've added that because it looks nice and fits the layout/design you have, but from a user point of view it is incongruent with your 'No Backend Code' required vibe. I assume you mean the static website can be hosted anywhere... but that's not the point of your product, and some users may interpret it as meaning the contact form back-end can be hosted anywhere which is the opposite of what you are trying to communicate.
