German-based agency approached us asking if they can buy webcited system for hosting sites to make sites more GDPR compliance as webflow host sites on AWS.

Feels good, It was not all fun and games, but it was not that bad in the end, & in the end that is what matter :)

Yo published a chrome extension for my website, Which mean if you are a freelancer and if you need to export a lot of websites then you can use it to make the flow faster, This was developed by our dev Shivam, He is amazingly talented & now we are working on another chrome extension which is Flatcon

I used LinkedIn to add my job, I took 6 interviews, and then I got this star, If you hiring make sure to say no to most of them with love, feedback, and in an optimize the way.

I just say that you are amazing with your work, please apply for a better org or company we are a startup and can't risk your career.

Also, make sure your candidate is aware of everything vision, culture, tools you use & what you guys are working on. Explain them like an investor because they will invest a lot in you and your success.

If give chance to new player's to play, Dev I hired didn't have any portfolio, I stayed him this is okay no problem but you have to give some small task todo test

Skills are just 50% of what you should look for, Skills are good but how they think and how they react to things is eqauly important

Hiring is not a joke its a serious thing that needs to be done perfectly or you will end up adding extra not that useful apps that will just drain the battery with not that useful features

• Be resourceful and don't hire HR in starting
• Most of the HR is just having a title
• Hiring is an important element make sure you do it perfectly and take 100% responsibility as a founder.
• Don't be stupid "We hire and fire instantly" that's a stupid thing to do
• They are human they joined you for security and stability that's the pillar
• Take care of there
• Share bad things that are happening in org, ask them for a solution
• Have a friendly relation (This comes with its own downside)
• Be a good human, learn from them, I am learning how to code

I wanted to measure progress in terms of the number's, So I installed google analytics, Google Search Console, Hotjar, Zaiper, Facebook Pixel, Bing Console & Typeform. Checked if there is any SSL or Security issue, Everything is looking normal or okay. So I worked on .htaccess and other hosting maintenance stuff.

From designing to developing a whole website in webflow less than 48 hours. I am focusing on bringing this product to the market and then I will test and decide accordingly, If this will help anyone, I will continue & invest some money & time into this project

I've read so many times that you should solve your own problem, and so last week I sat down to think about all the problems in my life.

It turned out that I had quite a few problems worth solving, and the most interesting one led me to the idea for Webcited!
