B2B community for webcam models
This month we're surpassing 25.000 active users on WeCamgirls. 90% of them are webcam performer, the rest is working on the business end of webcam (model managers, camsite owners, etc).
And last weekend we won the Live Cam Award for best Online Webcam Community. It's great to get so much recognition from the industry.
Steady growth. Mainly SEO and word of mouth.
Winning several awards on webcam related trade shows helped as well.
We're trying to get retention rates up so more unique members will login every month. This is hard due to the nature of webcam models who often tend to stop their job after a short period of time.

Nice .. what is your main source of income .. do you charge member fees ? and how you got your initial set of users .. I imagine this might be hard !

Big camsites advertise with us to promote their brand and get more models to work for them. The site is totally free for members. Inititial users where found through Twitter. Just reaching out to webcam models.
