WeddingFlow

AI Wedding Planning SaaS for Professionals

April 22, 2026 We tried to fix wedding planning chaos. Ended up building an OS instead.

Most wedding planners don’t struggle with creativity.

They struggle with chaos.

Before building WeddingFlow, I noticed something:

Every planner was running their business across:

  • WhatsApp

  • Google Sheets

  • Docs

  • Pinterest

  • Random tools stitched together

Nothing actually “runs” the wedding.

It’s just manual coordination held together by experience.

So instead of building another checklist or planning tool…

We built WeddingFlow as a system:
→ Plan → Manage → Execute → Automate

A few things we focused on:

  • Turning planning into structured workflows (not scattered tasks)

  • Centralizing clients, vendors, and communication

  • Automating repetitive coordination (follow-ups, reminders, task triggers)

  • Converting plans into real execution (run sheets, timelines)

Big insight:
Wedding planning isn’t a content problem.

It’s an operations problem.

And most tools in this space are solving the wrong thing.

Still early, but here’s what I’m seeing:

  • Planners don’t want more features

  • They want fewer moving parts

  • They want control during execution (not just planning)

Curious if anyone here has tackled similar “fragmented workflow” problems in other industries?

Would love feedback from founders building workflow-heavy SaaS.

Just curious. If you’re building SaaS, what’s the most fragmented workflow you’ve seen in your niche?
