Build Proof of Concept
I partnered with a developer to build a proof of concept database that was deployed in the Columbus, Ohio market. This was an amazing moment to see my idea come to life and actually create value. The database regularly updated and made it easy to identify what properties were worth looking into. I love it when a plan comes together!

Came Up with the Idea
After struggling to analyze real estate, I became obsessed with answering one question... "What is the best deal available in X market". I wanted to build an analytics engine to find the answer and set out on a hunt to find data access points amidst the jungle that is real estate data.
