Hey IH! I started Wexio, a platform that helps businesses automate conversations with customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, and other apps from one place.

The issue we fix:

Companies talk to their customers on more than four messaging channels. Most people end up with a tab for each one, messages getting lost, and no automation at all. We made Wexio so that all of your channels go to one inbox. It has AI-powered chatbot flows that take care of the boring tasks for you.

So far, we've made:
- One inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Viber
- Visual flow builder to automate chatbots
- AI auto-responses and figuring out what you want
- Working together as a team
- Contact management tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, BigQuery, and CRM-lite
- Marketplace for templates
