Today our first customer who had signed up a couple of days ago subscribed for a month and purchased 150 SMS's for his store in India.

One thing that helped was good customer support. He had trouble setting up his app and I had to jump on a call, which helped me build trust.

Started recoding the product from scratch. Building it with HTML + CSS + JS. No fancy frameworks. Will be working on the following features :

1. Whatsapp URL generator.
2. Link Shortner.
3. Paid Version : Custom domain.

I'm realising that keeping things simple makes it easier to ship things faster.

Connected domain and made a soft launch on :

1. Twitter
2. Facebook

Invited family & friends to try it out. In addition, I was also reaching out to people on small & medium business owners on Facebook and asking them to use the link instead of just sharing their Whatsapp number.

Starting building the product using React. Started with a link shortner that basically let's a user add a phone number and a welcome message and generates a short link for them.

This is important cause if you are a B2C business and you would like to get people in touch with you, then you could just generate a link from the site and send it out to all your customers.

Being a founder selling India first SaaS products, I realised that the best way to communicate to our customers is via Whatsapp. But, I could find any tool that would help me with :

1. Managing my Whatsapp communication with clients.
2. Help me schedule messages.
