Whixframe

Your app is ready. The listing isn't.

August 29, 2026 I built an AI tool to kill the most annoying part of app launches: store assets

I'm Erdous, a solo builder working on a few things, and Whixframe is one of them.

The problem: Every time I shipped an app, I hit the same wall. Screenshots, icons, store listing images. Not hard work, just tedious, repetitive, and it always ate way more time than it should have. Time that should've gone into actually building.

What I built: Whixframe generates professional app store assets in minutes instead of hours. Feed it your app, get back polished screenshots and icons ready to upload.

Where it's at: It's live right now. Still early, and I'm the only one working on it, so growth has been slow and mostly organic through search. I'm sharing here because distribution is the part I need the most help with, and I figured indie hackers would actually understand the problem I'm solving.

Would love feedback, especially from anyone who's shipped an app and felt this pain firsthand.

The pain is very concrete, but the distribution problem is interesting.

Curious whether people who try it see the time saved as enough to pay for, or mostly treat it as a one-off launch utility.

That’s a good question. This is why I’ve included more than just screenshot assets. The tool also includes features that help developers optimize their ASO overall. There will naturally be some recurring use, especially when testing different screenshot variations and comparing which ones convert better.

That makes sense. The recurring ASO experimentation angle makes the product more than just a one-time launch utility.

About

Whixframe exists because app store assets eat hours that should go into building. I hit this friction myself and automated it. Generate professional assets in minutes, not hours.
