Today, we founded WhoCo to change how companies hire and how people find jobs.

The way we hire today is dehumanizing. It's superficial. Like running a beauty contest. It's filled with bias, and it perpetuates systemic racism and sexism.

We created WhoCo to humanize hiring. Ultimately, hiring is about making human connections. So we're building technology to enhance the human elements of hiring; guiding companies to run a fair process that treats candidates well; and giving candidates transparency they deserve and need to make their decision.
