The dev team has been doing an incredible work, they've fixed all the bugs and found a solution for every issue. Now it's time for testing and packaging before the launch on the Salesforce AppExchange. At the same time I'm ramping up online lead generation. It's converging nicely

I've designed my customer journey and from it I've defined all the actions I had to take in order to bring customers to this business. First was the landing page, then the social accounts and finally all the internet referral websites. A good website recommended a list of places where I should create a profile to drive traffic. So IndieHackers, here I am :-))

We've been talking with my co-founder for more than a year about this project and he's as convinced as I am that we need to get going. 1 year of iteration about the model, the product, the benefits, the use cases were good enough for us to find a Notary and make it official.

Just returned for Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, all my thoughts about connecting returnable transport packages to a GPS network are clear and the technology is now ready and available. We're talking connecting devices to Salesforce using a provider of GPS coverage. That should work. Let's go for it as a side project.
