I'm a team lead at a small digital agency. I built Wishaboo to solve a problem I kept running into: celebrating my remote dev team.

The problem: Every birthday or work anniversary, I'd try organizing wishes via group chats. It was always messy, scattered, and never felt special. Just felt like admin work.

What I built: A simple board where anyone can add messages and GIFs for celebrations. Create a board in 30 seconds, share one link, contributors don't need to sign up. That's it.

Current state:

• Launched a week ago

• Built solo while working full-time

• Tech stack: Nuxt, Polar for payments

• Giving 1 free credit to new users

What I'm looking for:

• Honest feedback on the UX/flow

• What features feel missing?

• Would you actually use this? For what?

• How would you market this?

It's rough around the edges but solving my problem. Hoping it helps others too.
