After struggling to set up a Salesforce account for the company I work for, I realized there was no CRM truly devoted to simplicity. All players in this space have a steep learning curve and, ultimately, they all share the same problem: setting up a new account (that is usable in real life) is extremely time-consuming.
Small business owners are hustlers by nature - they have no time to waste! They need something easy to use and that will adapt to them, not the other way around.
