Wongo Puzzles

I didn't expect to run out of puzzles before the holidays, but I definitely did! I withdrew funds from every business account I had and paid a premium for an expedited batch of puzzles to be air shipped to warehouses on the east and west coast. They were delivered with just enough time to pick, pack, and ship to customers right before Christmas.

SEO optimization and sending money into ads helped grow my customer base. I focused really hard on shipping on time and providing great customer feedback. The reviews were awesome and got me great credibility for future customers. The holiday hype was definitely there, but I went from $5K in October to $30K in November!

I spent a few hours learning about marketplace SEO and totally revamped by Etsy listings. I hammered on keywords while retaining my own voice and sales grew 3x the next day. It didn't hurt that the holidays were incoming, but after a few days my ranking in search was climbing the charts as well.
