Woo State Configurator
A lightning-fast WooCommerce product configurator
I’ve just launched an affiliate program for our WooCommerce plugins that solve problems merchants already search for every day — measurement pricing and product configuration.
This isn’t a “sell my SaaS” situation or a vague “future of X” pitch. It’s a straightforward affiliate opportunity built around high‑intent keywords, real business pain, and products people already need.
Why this is a strong affiliate opportunity
High‑intent traffic Merchants actively search for terms like “WooCommerce measurement pricing”, “flooring calculator”, “product configurator”, “dynamic pricing plugin”, etc. These aren’t curiosity clicks — they’re purchase‑ready users.
High commercial value These plugins solve problems for flooring stores, concrete suppliers, timber merchants, fabric shops, roofing companies, agencies, and any business selling made‑to‑measure products. These are businesses that spend money.
Evergreen niches Measurement pricing and product configuration aren’t trends. They’re permanent ecommerce needs. Content around these topics keeps earning for years.
Easy to explain Affiliates don’t need to understand the tech. They only need to explain the outcome:
“Add measurement pricing to WooCommerce”
“Build a product configurator without killing performance”
“Sell made‑to‑measure products with live pricing”
Strong free tiers Both plugins have genuinely useful free versions, which makes conversion friction low. Users try the free version → upgrade to Pro → affiliates earn recurring commissions.
Creator‑friendly Clean dashboard, simple tracking, transparent payouts, and no weird hoops.
How does it work?
Our affiliate system is intentionally straightforward. When you join, you receive a unique coupon code (within your account area) you can share with your audience.
For your audience: They get 5% off every license purchase at checkout when they use your code.
For you: You earn a 10% commission on the final payment total of every completed sale that uses your code.
This creates a genuine win‑win: your audience gets a discount, you earn from your discount code usage and merchants get tools they already need.
Who this is ideal for
WordPress bloggers
WooCommerce tutorial channels
niche site owners
agencies who recommend plugins to clients
newsletter writers
creators covering ecommerce tools
anyone who writes “best plugin for X” content
If your audience includes WordPress or WooCommerce users, this is a simple way to add a new revenue stream.

Hi All,
I’ve been building an open-source alternative to traditional front-end framework bloat called State.js. It focuses on offloading reactive states directly to DOM data attributes and CSS custom properties instead of running heavy virtual DOM architectures.
While the concept got great initial feedback from developer communities, I wanted to put my money where my mouth was and prove its commercial viability in the real world.
So, I built and just launched a production-grade e-commerce utility on top of it: Woo State Configurator.
The Problem:
If you’ve ever touched the WordPress/WooCommerce plugin ecosystem, you know it’s notoriously plagued by massive asset bloat. Standard product customizers inject heavy JS bundles, React wrappers, or massive nested scripts that completely tank mobile Core Web Vitals and destroy e-commerce conversion rates.
The Solution:
By using a low-JS, CSS-driven architecture, the frontend footprint is essentially non-existent. It handles complex, multi-layered product configurator logic instantly without dragging down the browser's main thread or blowing up page weight.
The Distribution Challenge:
Because this is a highly specialized, performance-focused tool aimed at serious stores and agencies, I’m launching it as a premium-only product. I am completely skipping the traditional route of hosting a free/freemium version on the main WordPress.org repository.
For the other software creators here selling specialized utilities or B2B tools: How did you tackle your initial distribution and reach high-intent buyers (like agency owners or dev shops) when bypassing standard free marketplace routes?
Would love to swap strategies or hear feedback on this approach!

What caught my attention is that you're using a commercial product to validate the architecture rather than expecting the architecture to sell itself.
That's an important distinction. Developers may appreciate the engine, but customers buy the outcome it makes possible. If the plugin proves that outcome, it also becomes the strongest argument for State.js.
About
I engineered the underlying technology (State.js) and I think ecommerce particularly benefits from it's architecture.
