Work In Health Tech

WorkInHealth.Tech was launched back in August, while on paternity leave for my second daughter. So here's the story:

I've been working in Health Tech for about 4 years or so. During this time, I'd occasionally look for different jobs in the space (as I think most people do). Theres the horizontal job boards (indeed, linkedin, etc.) but never found one specifically for health tech. On the flip side as a hiring manager in this industry, I know how important/desirable it is to find people with healthcare experience and it's not easy to find these people. So, I decided to built this out.

Overall, it took me about 10 days to built out the web app, working roughly 2 hours a day (when I can get it). It's pretty vanilla tech stack - using what I know best - Python/Django.

As with anything, the tough part is going to be marketing/selling it, but here we go!
