My previous one year's worth of effort from 2019 to mid-2020 went to waste when working on developing an initial partner network for my newly launched ERP (enterprise resource planning) system, the pandemic hit the globe. Though it was a big blow initially but it gave us the opportunity to get back to the drawing board and rework based on what we learned from the challenges and especially feedback from the smaller businesses while developing our ERP system.

Started off with two main focuses this time.

Primary
Developing a comprehensive business management system that covers all the necessary business functions of smaller and medium-sized enterprises and is still user-friendly, not resource-intensive, and cost-effective.

Secondary
Making offices paperless as much as possible! The excessive paper use in offices has always irked me.

That's when we came up with Workpark. A comprehensive business management solution for smaller businesses.

We began working in April 2020 and soft-launched in May 2021. Over the year we went through many different plans and approaches from platform to the business model. Trying to come up with one single solution which can cater to most business types such as services, e-commerce, retail, wholesale, solopreneurs, and freelancers.
