We switched to automatic license renewals in August 2018, and in May 2020 we reached the number of 5000 active subscribers.
Before that our customers used to renew their WordPress theme license manually year, but since we didn't motivate them enough to do it, only about 20-25% of them would do that back in those times.
Now our renewal rate jumped to about 70-75%.
