Group trips don't fail at planning. They fail at deciding.

Every group trip I've been part of dies in the same place. Not the planning, the deciding. Someone asks "when is everyone free?", four people answer, two don't, the thread scrolls, and three weeks later nobody has booked anything.

So I built Wralli. Free, live, and aimed entirely at the stretch between "we should go somewhere" and "it's booked."

Two decisions I'd defend:

Guests join by link with just a name. No account, no install, no email verification. This is the whole bet. The least engaged person in your group will not create an account to answer one question about dates and they're exactly the person whose answer you need. Everything else is downstream of getting them in.

What's in it: availability and date voting, destination and accommodation voting, then a route of stops each with their own dates, stay and travel leg. Flights against each person's home airport, a jet-lag plan, a shared wallet for booking references, and a ledger that records each expense in the currency it was actually paid in.

Solo build.

Honest status: it's live, but no real group has run a trip through it yet. That's the thing I actually need next — so if you've got a trip currently rotting in a group chat, I'd genuinely like you to break it.
