Write.as CLI v2.0

Long after we finished our v2.0 API, we released our first official non-web client for it. Whereas v1.0 only allowed anonymous publishing, this update enabled users to log in to their Write.as account, see their blogs, and publish to them.

This also laid the foundation for our WriteFreely CLI.
