Where I am: 0 customers. 9 TestFlight testers whose feedback drove 13 shipped fixes before launch, including one who caught my app killing his Spotify mid-workout (audio session misconfig: for a workout app, close to a capital crime).

The pre-launch fire: found a name collision with a live App Store app days before release. Full rebrand — name, backend, domain, new subscription products because Apple's IDs are immutable: in 72 hours. Then a 2.3.2 metadata rejection on top. Happy to share the checklist if anyone is facing the same.

Stack, for anyone curious: Expo/React Native, Supabase (Postgres + edge functions on Deno), Claude for plan generation behind a hard validator, RevenueCat for the entire subscription layer, Cloudflare Pages for the site.

Launch plan, honestly constrained: $0 budget, about 3 hours a week. One weekly batch of short wolf-led videos, this launch, and ASO. Primary goal for month one isn't revenue, it's enough installs to get a believable trial-to-paid baseline, because I'm holding a paywall-timing experiment until I have one.
