I reached 100 subscribers after 1 week!
It was mostly friends, family, and coworkers who had subscribed to show their support. They have since become some of my most avid supporters and advocates in sharing my work with their own networks and spreading the word.

The journey starts!
After months of ideating, evaluating, reflecting, and preparing, I finally launched the Year 2049 newsletter on Substack. I didn't have a large online following prior to this but I was confident that I could find an audience that would enjoy this.

News publications paint extreme and dystopian visions of the future for clicks, and I wanted to create something that helps people understand emerging technologies in a deeper and more accessible manner.
