We built a free QR generator because sharing contact details should not feel like homework

At networking events, meetings, exhibitions, and conferences, people still exchange phone numbers manually, spell out email addresses, or hand over printed visiting cards that often get lost or discarded.

We wanted to make that process simpler.

So we created the YesEarth Free e Visiting Card QR Generator.

You can add your:

• Name and designation

• Organisation

• Phone number and email

• Website

• LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X profiles

• Additional custom information

The tool then creates a scannable QR code that can be downloaded as PNG or SVG and placed on:

• Business cards

• Event badges

• Resumes and portfolios

• Email signatures

• Brochures and posters

• Stall banners and presentations

We also added different QR resolutions, colour options, and error correction levels so the code can work across both digital and printed materials.

The tool is completely free. No subscription and no design experience needed.

The bigger idea behind it is simple.

A visiting card may only be used for a few seconds, but millions are printed, carried, and eventually thrown away. A reusable digital QR card can make networking faster while reducing unnecessary printing.

We have launched the first version and would genuinely value feedback from the Indie Hackers community.
