After working with just one customer for almost two years, we are ready to publicly launch.
Why did we work with one customer? If you read our second milestone, It was a startup studio, so our first customer ended up being a group of 4 customers, lucky?
We started searching for talents and conducting interviews for our customer, everything went smooth, they liked the profiles and were happy to schedule more interviews for non-tech profiles (sales and consultants)
We ended up hiring 6 persons, It was so exciting!
We signed a pretty good deal with a French startup studio. They had +12 companies in the portfolio and wanted to scale fast their teams by hiring remote talents in Tunisia and not having to incorporate or deal with any paperwork.
We started the interviews and everything was going great.
I always wanted to help startups hire full-time remote talents without the hassle of incorporating a company and dealing with managing payroll, benefits, etc... I had access to an amazing talent pool in north Africa so I decided to email CEOs and see if there is a fit.
