I have been in the marketing space for more than 5 years before starting @yournotify and had a first hand experience on some of the challenges small and medium size businesses are facing managing their digital campaigns.

For developing country like Nigeria or African countries in general, pricing is still a major key factor businesses consider for any product they want to patronize. While studying how businesses manage their email campaigns, their challenges and general feedback. I knew creating an an affordable email marketing platform can be a key winner... but how?

When we launched https://yournotify.com/ , our product idea was quite simple. Create a pay-as-you-go pricing and prioritize other marketing channel such as SMS to drive more customers.

It worked!

We are already winning in the market and currently trying to scale to other countries and regions for growth. We believe to create a winning product in places like Africa, India, Asia, making your product not only affordable but flexible with payment plans can help create a strong value proposition for market penetration.

I hope SaaS founders can consider creating unique pricing model rather than the default $20 monthly especially in certain locations
