The interesting opportunity isn't recommending AI tools—it's reducing the cost of making the wrong choice as the AI ecosystem becomes more fragmented. I'd keep validating whether users return because your recommendations are accurate or because they consistently save people from evaluating dozens of alternatives themselves. That's the advantage that's hardest to replace.
