I suck at the distribution

I've spent the week looking for people to share their true stories and it was a refreshing move away from promoting my content.

I find it really hard to do and in all honesty, I'm pretty clueless about it. Most of the strategies I'm trying are not really working—they do bring some audience, but the growth I'm seeing is like 2% every time I post a new story.

On the bright side, this week I posted one of my favorite stories so far and the person who wrote it said he's going to write more.
