Three decisions that shaped the product

1. Web & Mobile app, not a browser extension.

Every major tool in this space is extension-first. That quietly excludes anyone creating from a phone - which is most of the fastest-growing creator markets. YouSEO runs in a browser on any device, plus Android and iOS. No install, no desktop required.

2. Shorts is a first-class surface, not a checkbox.

Short-form is where discovery happens now, but most tools treat it as an afterthought bolted onto their video features. We built a separate, complete Shorts toolset. Different format, different ranking behavior, different tools.

3. Predict, don't just report.

Analytics tell you what already happened. That's too late. Thumbnail Click Score, best time to post, and SEO analysis all run BEFORE you hit publish - the only point where the information can still change the outcome.

What we're not doing

No "go viral overnight" promises. No guaranteed results. Growth on YouTube compounds slowly and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

What we can do is make sure that when a creator does the work, the work has a fair chance of being found. That's the whole mission.
