The revenue lost to a missed message is usually the visible half, the quieter cost is the owner never seeing the pattern until it already added up over a month. Automating the reply handles the immediate no-show, it does not tell the owner why last minute changes keep clustering on certain days or certain clients. Curious if Zapyon surfaces that pattern back to the owner, or if the automation stays purely reactive.

I can totally relate. Missed WhatsApp messages can cost a lot, especially for salons and small shops.
I’d start by automating appointment confirmations and follow ups. How does Zapyon deal with customers who reply late or change their slots last minute?
