The Problem I Keep Seeing:
Everyone hits the same wall: they know they need to plan, but they don't know what to prioritize. Should you focus on product features? Marketing? Finding your first customers? Building your landing page?
Most project management tools just give you a place to put tasks. They don't tell you which tasks matter at your stage.
Why I'm Building This:
I'm tired of seeing founders follow generic "startup playbooks" that worked for one specific person, with one specific product, in one specific situation—and they get presented as universal truth.
"Just post on X every day!" (What if you don't have thousands of followers?)
"Network at every event!" (What if you're introverted?)
"Do founder-led sales!" (What if your product is B2C?)
Every founder is different. Every product is different. Every market is different.
The one-size-fits-all playbooks ignore this completely. They give you a path, not your path.
