This was a phone call.
The user started to enumerate:
- this feature is bugged
- this feature is missing
- this other feature is missing and almost critical
- ...
I was with my intern.
While this long enumration, on the paper, I wrote: "let's make the trial period longer for him".
But at the end, he just said:
"So, let the fun begin, where do I enter my credit card?"
For 6 months, I iterated a lot with a pool of early adopters to create a MVP.
Septembre to March, I was working as a freelance as well so my days were pretty hard.
Day, freelancing, Night, bootstraping.
At the begging of March, I quit my freelance to be focused on Zenfirst.
I was able to phone my users easily during the day.
At the beginning of April, I had a Minimal Viable Product.
Pretty nice to have something that works.
Now you have to improve, again and again.
