Zenible
All-in-one platform for solo founders
I lost a high-value client because my tools didn't talk to each other. So I built Zenible.
Like most of you here, I was deep in the builder's paradox — spending more time managing my business than actually running it.
Five tools. Zero connection. Complete chaos.
A CRM that didn't talk to my calendar. Meeting notes that never made it into my pipeline. Invoices living in a completely different app. As a solo consultant, I was the CEO, sales rep, accountant, and admin — all at once — and my stack was making it worse, not better.
The breaking point? I lost a high-value client because I forgot to follow up. Not because I didn't care — but because nothing was connected. I was falling through the cracks of my own systems.
So I did what we do here — I built the thing I wished existed.
Zenible is an all-in-one platform built specifically for solo founders, freelancers, and consultants. CRM, finances, bookings, meeting intelligence, and AI advisors — all connected, all in one place.
The part I'm most proud of is The Boardroom — seven specialized AI advisors covering sales, growth, mindset, and content strategy. Available 24/7. Early users are telling us it's replaced thousands of dollars in coaching fees.
What surprised me most during the build?
How universal the pain is. Every solo operator I spoke to had the same story — talented at their craft, drowning in the business side of things. That validation kept me going through every late night and pivot.
Here's where we are today:

I'd love honest feedback from this community — what would make you switch to a tool like this? What's missing? What would make you stay?

About
I built Zenible because I was drowning. As a solo consultant, I was juggling five different tools just to run my business — a CRM here, an invoicing app there, a separate scheduler, another tool for meeting notes.
