I have been an Engineering Manager for quite a while and I could experience firsthand how being one can be challenging at times.

You need to be always on top of things, while being constantly pulled, from every direction.

For this reason I started to create small separate apps that could help me stay on track. Things like a one-to-one reminder, a one-to-one registry app etc...

With time, I also started collecting powerful one-to-one questions and templates. I ended up with a database of +400 questions to search through and a bunch of templates I used for the different meetings (onboarding, offboarding, remote 1:1, etc...).

After a while, it was clear to me that there was something valuable and I decided to build a product around these separate apps.

I called it ZenLeadr.
