The positioning is doing something interesting — you're selling AI to people who are scared of AI, which means trust is the entire conversion problem. Business owners who feel "overwhelmed by technical complexity" don't sign up for things that look technical. They need to see the outcome before they see the product.
The real question is what happens when someone lands on your site for the first time. Do they immediately understand what their business looks like after Zenosfy, or do they have to work for it?
That gap between "I want this" and "I trust this enough to start" is usually where the revenue leak is hiding.

The onboarding process is intentionally designed to be very simple and accessible, even for users with no technical experience.
With the Starter Plan, clients receive a full 30-day free trial, allowing them to explore the platform and test all core features at no cost. During this period, they also have access to detailed documentation and step-by-step guides to make setup as straightforward as possible.
That said, Zenosfy is specifically built so that no technical skills are required. There is no coding, no API setup, and no complicated integrations. Clients simply complete a short onboarding questionnaire, click a few buttons, and their AI agents are ready to start working immediately.
In addition, every client receives direct support from me personally. If they need assistance at any stage, I am available by phone or video call to guide them through the setup and ensure everything is configured properly.
My goal with Zenosfy is to make advanced AI automation simple, practical, and accessible for any business owner, regardless of their technical background.
