Zirco.ai
The AI employee for dental practices. No HR. No retraining.
Hey Indie Hackers!
👋 I'm Muhammadsaid, the founder of Zirco.ai.
I built this after talking to 30+ dental practice owners who all had the same problem - their front desk was their biggest headache. Constant turnover, insurance verification eating 2–3 hours every day, missed calls losing patients, and $45,000/year going to workflows that are almost entirely repetitive.
Zirco handles all of it automatically. Calls, insurance, scheduling, reminders - end to end. No extra hire. No HR. Just a practice that runs.
We're in early beta and accepting the first dental practices now. If you know a dentist or practice manager who's drowning in admin work - send them our way. They'll thank you.
Happy to answer any questions about how it works, what we built it on, or where we're taking it. Ask me anything. 🦷

The $45,000 anchor is smart — it's not a feature pitch, it's a mirror. Every practice owner reading this is doing the math on their own operation.
The part I'd push on: what does "handles calls automatically" actually mean in practice? There's a huge difference between routing and scheduling calls versus handling the messy ones — the patient who's anxious, the one with a complicated insurance situation, the one who just needs to be reassured before they book.
The repetitive 80% is easy to automate. The other 20% is where patients decide whether they trust the practice. Does Zirco have a handoff model for that, or is the bet that the 80% alone is enough to justify the switch?
Genuinely curious — that's the question I'd want answered before recommending this to anyone running a practice.
Clear problem. Front desk workload in dental practices is a real operational bottleneck.
Since Zirco handles calls, insurance verification, scheduling, and reminders, the platform will likely process patient information and insurance data. That raises a few important security and compliance questions:
• If calls are recorded or transcribed, how long are they stored and who can access them?
• Are you designing the system with HIPAA-style safeguards in mind if you operate in the U.S.?
When a tool becomes part of the patient workflow, trust and data protection matter as much as automation.
