Zone Life
Meal planning, nutrition, fasting and tracking in one app
Most nutrition apps are built around packaged foods and simple calorie counting.
The problem is that many people cook at home. Once you start cooking recipes, scaling portions, tracking cooked weight, following the Zone Diet, keto, or intermittent fasting, things become much more complicated.
That's why we built Zone Life.
Users can create recipes, calculate calories and macros from raw ingredients, account for cooking yield, generate shopping lists, plan meals, track hydration and fasting, and follow the Zone Diet without manual calculations.
We're looking for feedback from people who meal prep, follow nutrition plans, or track their food regularly.
What is the biggest frustration you have with nutrition apps today?
About
Most nutrition apps focus only on calories. Zone Life combines meal planning, recipes, fasting, hydration and habit tracking in one place.

This is a solid wedge because most nutrition apps break down exactly where real users need help: cooked weight, recipes, ingredient scaling, portions, meal prep, fasting, hydration, and diet-specific planning. That is much closer to a daily nutrition system than a simple calorie counter.
The naming is the part I would pressure-test early. Zone Life makes sense if the product stays tightly attached to the Zone Diet, but your feature set already feels broader than that. If users come in for keto, meal prep, fasting, recipes, hydration, or general nutrition planning, the current name may make the product feel narrower than it actually is.
That matters before more users, app pages, content, and habits lock in around the current brand.
Auryxa .com would fit the broader direction better because it feels more premium and flexible for a modern nutrition, meal planning, fasting, and wellness platform without tying the brand too tightly to one diet framework.
