Completed New UI

I designed using figma.com based off rough sketches of what I had in mind (using Goodnotes on iPad). Decided to flex my tailwindcss muscles a bit by trying to get as close to spec as possible.

Ended up making good progress with stop functionality, and learnt a few things about the way iOS optimises for battery.

Pretty happy with this release for now. Thinking about an App version of this that could potentially be a paid thing, as well as additional features beyond the simple start stop.
