Server Monitoring, Website Monitoring, Task Automation
I built zuzia.app to automate monitoring & tasks — inspired by my daughter
I’d like to share the story behind my project zuzia.app
— a SaaS for server & website monitoring, task automation, and AI-powered insights.
The name comes from my daughter, Zuzia. While I was working late nights on servers and monitoring tasks, she would often sit next to me, asking what I was doing. I realized I was spending too much time fixing the same issues over and over again instead of being with her. That’s when the idea was born:
👉 automate the boring, repetitive stuff, so developers and sysadmins can focus on what actually matters — and have more time for life outside of work.
What zuzia.app does
✅ Server & Website Monitoring – real-time checks for uptime, response times, and performance issues.
✅ Task Automation – a modern alternative to cron jobs. Schedule and run recurring tasks without touching crontab.
✅ AI-Powered Monitoring – smart insights, anomaly detection, and intelligent alerts when something feels “off.”
✅ SSL & Domain Monitoring – get alerts before certificates or domains expire.
✅ Multi-Region Agents – run checks from different locations worldwide (New York, Singapore, more coming).
The goal: one simple dashboard that saves time, reduces stress, and helps avoid those “why didn’t anyone notice the downtime?” moments.
Why it exists? I’ve been in IT & sysadmin work for 20+ years. I know the pain of…juggling cron jobs across multiple servers, missing alerts because monitoring was too complicated, waking up at 2 AM because a client’s site went down.
zuzia.app was created to make monitoring simple and human-friendly — no complex setup, no steep learning curve, just plug it in and start getting value.
Where I am now
The product is live at zuzia.app I’m bootstrapping, building in public, and just launched on Indie Hackers
My ask
I’d love to hear your feedback:
Does this sound like something you’d use?
Which feature would you care about most: monitoring, task automation, or AI alerts?
Any advice on reaching more early adopters in the sysadmin/devops world?
Thanks for reading — and thanks to my daughter Zuzia for the inspiration 💜
