Zyntent
Monetize user intent across AI flows
Hey Indie Hackers👋
I’m part of the team behind Zyntent — AI monetization infrastructure for products where users already express high-value intent: AI assistants, search engines, browsers, content platforms, and other interactive flows.
The problem we’re solving is simple:
AI products are creating a new kind of user journey. People ask for advice, compare options, look for products, research services, and make decisions inside conversations — but most monetization still looks like old display ads, redirects, or UX-breaking banners.
Zyntent detects commercial intent inside the flow, matches it with relevant merchants, and returns a native sponsored recommendation that feels like part of the product experience.
What Zyntent does:
• Detects explicit and latent purchase intent in real time
• Matches intent with 55,000+ merchants from the Takeads network
• Returns contextual sponsored cards or inline recommendations
• Works across chat, search, browser, and content experiences
• Uses a revenue-share model, with no setup fee for publishers
The goal is not to turn AI products into ad clutter. It’s to help teams monetize moments where a recommendation is actually useful.
We’re already rolling this out with partners and would love feedback from AI builders, search teams, browser teams, and anyone thinking about monetization beyond subscriptions.
Would love to hear:
1. Where would this fit naturally in your product?
2. What would make native monetization feel trustworthy to you?
3. Which ad formats would you want to test first?
About
Zyntent exists to give AI-era platforms a monetization layer built for how people now express intent — through conversation and context, not just clicks on a search results page.
