Hey everyone 👋 I’m Sultan, and I’m building Huurly.

I started Huurly because renting in the Netherlands is confusing and stressful, especially for expats, students, and ZZP’ers. People often get rejected without knowing why, because the requirements (income rules, documents, rental categories) are spread across different websites and landlords.

At first, Huurly was just a simple document checklist. While building, I realized the bigger problem is clarity: What category is this home? Which income rule is likely used? What do I need to send, and how should I write my message?
